Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Heat the oven to 350°F.
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl, and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, alternating with the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop by Tablespoons onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
